Upon successful purchase of a Deals voucher, you will receive them in your email inbox or you can find them in your Chope app. There are several ways to utilise the voucher:
1. Present the voucher on your Chope app to the restaurant host before ordering. Your voucher can be found under Profile > My Vouchers.
2. Present the voucher confirmation email on your mobile to the restaurant host before ordering.
3. Print out the voucher containing the unique voucher code and present it to the restaurant host before ordering. Your purchased vouchers can be found in the Chope app. Access your 'Profile' tab within the app and tap on "My Vouchers". All vouchers available for redemption will be grouped by restaurant and sorted by expiry date there.
Otherwise, kindly check your junk mail, or the 'Promotions' tab in your email account. If you are still unable to locate your vouchers, please email support.th@chope.co. Simply let us know which vouchers you have purchased, and the email address you used to purchase it. The voucher will be sent to you again.
Kindly check if you have purchased the voucher using the same email address as your Chope account. Ensure that your account has been verified. Purchased vouchers will be shown on the Chope app once the account is verified.
Here's how you can verify your Chope account on the app:
1. Log in to your Chope App with your Chope account.
2. Go to Profile > My Vouchers
3. Click on Send verification email
4. Click on 'Yes, this is me!' in the verification email (please check junk/spam mail box if you are unable to locate in your inbox)

No, you do not earn Chope-Dollars by purchasing vouchers from ChopeDeals. But you will be able to earn Chope-Dollars by making a reservation with the restaurant via the Chope App or Web.
No, combining and splitting of discount codes is strictly not allowed.
Our vouchers are smart e-vouchers that combine all your purchases into one code for ease of reference. However, within the Chope app, vouchers available for redemption are grouped by restaurant and listed by expiry date. This way, you need not worry about finding vouchers across different purchases, for different restaurants.
For redemption outside of the Chope app, you can just use the voucher code found in your email to redeem all your vouchers at the different restaurants.Our vouchers are smart e-vouchers that combine all your purchases into one code, but rest assured, you do not have to use them all at once. Simply let the restaurant know which vouchers you wish to use for this dining session, and they will process it accordingly. You can redeem your remaining vouchers on your next visit to the restaurant.
ChopeDeals vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated. Please check the validity period of the vouchers before purchasing.
Unfortunately, we are unable to retroactively enter the discount code once your purchase is completed. You may wish to utilise your discount code in your next purchase instead.

Open your ‘Profile’ tab on the Chope app and select ‘My Vouchers’. Select the desired restaurant and tap into the voucher to view more details.
All orders and past redemptions will be shown in the ‘View Activity’ page.
When purchasing vouchers on the web, the available options will be shown on the product page. Simply select the specific day(s) and timings for your chosen restaurant voucher.
When purchasing vouchers on the Chope App, browse the “Deals” tab for your preferred restaurant. Within the restaurant card, scroll down to choose your preferred timings from the available timings listed on your chosen voucher.
